Want to get in on the action? Pick fresh peaches at their peak during summertime – or opt for frozen for a year-round treat – and get blending. Add mango, goji berry powder, collagen, chia seeds and your favorite milk to create a tasty, creamy, nutrient-rich bowl.

Goji Berry & Peach Smoothie Bowl with Collagen

Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 1 cup chopped peaches (reserving a few slices to dress bowl, if desired)
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • 1 Tbsp. goji berry powder
  • 1 scoop collagen
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds

Topping

  • 1 tsp. slivered almonds
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • Peach slices
  • ¼ cup frozen raspberries and blueberries
  • Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. In high speed blender, combine all smoothie ingredients and process until smooth.
  2. Transfer to bowl. To serve, top with chia seeds, peach slices, frozen berries, sliced almonds and mint leaves.
