It’s a good morning when pancakes are piled high on your plate, but it’s a great morning when they’re not just yummy but good for you, too! Skip the boxed mix and make them from scratch with a few simple, healthy ingredients, including rolled oats, a banana and a scoop of all-natural protein powder. Top your stack with chopped peaches and a fresh cream sauce that can be whipped up quicker than you can open a bottle of sugary syrup.
Peaches “˜n Cream Protein Pancakes

Makes five 5″ pancakes
Ingredients
2/3 cup rolled oats
1 scoop peaches “˜n cream protein powder
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
¼ tsp. butter extract
1 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. non-fat Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 egg
1 banana
Cream Topping
½ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
½ tsp. vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Chopped peaches
Raw honey (for drizzling)
Directions
1. For pancakes, blend together all ingredients. Pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake on griddle or pan lightly coated with non-stick spray. Flip half way through cooking.
2. For cream topping, blend together yogurt, vanilla and almond milk until smooth. Pour cream and drizzle honey over pancakes. Top with chopped peaches.
