½ cup Sweet-It VitaFiber Almond Brittle Baking Mix
1/3 cup Vitacost Cacao Powder
1 scoop Cellucor Peanut Butter Marshmallow Protein Powder
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
6 oz. Elli Plain Quark (or Fage 0% Plain Greek Yogurt)
1/3 cup egg whites
2 Tbsp. coconut butter, melted (or coconut oil)
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
1 jumbo egg

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8” x 8” baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine melted coconut butter with egg and egg whites until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining brownie ingredients and mix until combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove and sprinkle with toppings. Use the back of a spoon and press down on the toppings to push them into the brownies.
- Let cool before cutting into 9 even pieces.
