These seed-studded bars boast nutty, cranberry, chocolaty flavor from real, whole food ingredients. Don’t forget the glass of cold, creamy almond milk…and carrots for Rudolph!

Peppermint-Dark Chocolate Chia Bars

Makes 20 bars

Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats
1 cup Wild Friends Peanut Butter Sesame Cranberry
1/2 bar of Pascha Organic Dark Chocolate
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup chia seeds
1 Tbsp Jen’s Zen Sauce Chocolate Peppermint

Directions

  1. Place dark chocolate between two sheets of parchment paper.
  2. With a kitchen mallet, gently pound chocolate until broken into small pieces.
  3. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until well combined.
  4. Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.
  5. Fold the mixture into the pan, evenly distributing.
  6. Freeze for one hour or until hardened.
