Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

Pie for breakfast? I’m in. When there’s no time to even turn on the oven—and the dessert’s actually good for you—why not start your day on the sweet side? Enter, overnight oats. With pure, organic pumpkin puree, protein-packed chia seeds and all the flavors of fall, this morning meal makes any fall morning easier to wake up to.

Recipe: Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients

1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
1/2 Tbsp. maple syrup
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup canned pumpkin
1 Tbsp. Dastony Sprouted Pumpkin Seed Butter
1/8 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar and mix until fully combined.
  2. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. Top with sunflower seeds, chopped walnuts and a drizzle of Dastony Sprouted Pumpkin Seed Butter .
