Pumpkin Spice Pecans
Ingredients
2 cups pecan halves
1 Tbsp. coconut oil
1 Tbsp. raw honey
1-2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, or to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and coat baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray or coconut oil.
- Spread pecans on baking sheet and roast about 12 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly.
- In a medium-sized, microwave-safe bowl, heat coconut oil and honey. Add toasted pecans and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice, stirring to ensure spice covers all pecans.
- Store in an airtight container for a week, or serve immediately.
