To win this, you’re going to pull out buttery rich pecans and drench them in pumpkin spice, coconut oil and sweet, sweet honey. It’ll be non-stop hand-to-mouth action from the start. Easy Party Recipe: Pumpkin Spiced Pecans

Pumpkin Spice Pecans

Ingredients

2 cups pecan halves
1 Tbsp. coconut oil
1 Tbsp. raw honey
1-2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, or to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and coat baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray or coconut oil.
  2. Spread pecans on baking sheet and roast about 12 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly.
  3. In a medium-sized, microwave-safe bowl, heat coconut oil and honey. Add toasted pecans and toss to coat.
  4. Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice, stirring to ensure spice covers all pecans.
  5. Store in an airtight container for a week, or serve immediately.
