  1. In small bowl, combine popcorn kernels and olive oil. Toss well until kernels are evenly coated in oil.
  2. Transfer popcorn kernels to clean brown paper bag. Evenly fold top of bag over to close.
  3. Microwave on high for about 2-3 minutes, watching carefully.
  4. Once there are about two seconds between pops, remove the bag promptly so it doesn’t burn.
  5. Open bag and add peanut butter powder. Shake well to combine.
  6. Let cool and serve.
