Quest Vanilla Protein Oats Bowl

Ingredients

1 scoop Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
1/3 cup old fashioned oats
2 Tbsp. Swerve Granular Erythritol
Dash cinnamon
Dash salt
2/3 cup Silk Cashew Milk
2/3 cup water
Dash vanilla

Toppings

¼ cup strawberries
¼ cup blueberries
1 Tbsp. walnut pieces

Directions

  1. In a small pot, bring cashew milk and water to boil. Stir in oats, cinnamon, salt and vanilla. Let oats simmer for about 15 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in protein powder and erythritol.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with toppings.
