“Questmas” Pinwheel Cookies

The sheer simplicity of this recipe is enough to wash away the stress, but festive sprinkles certainly don’t hurt. After a long day of shopping, grab your box of Quest protein bars and get ready to roll out the kinks. A healthy holiday treat is just minutes away!

Pinwheel Cookies with Quest Bars

Makes 7-8 cookies
Macros per cookie: 50 calories | 7 g carbs | 2g fat

Ingredients

1 Chocolate Brownie Quest Bar
1 White Chocolate Raspberry Quest Bar
Red and green sprinkles for decorating

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. On a plate sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, microwave Quest bars for 20 seconds.
  3. Between two pieces of parchment paper, roll out softened bars until flat.
  4. Place one flattened bar on top of the other and roll up tightly.
  5. Brush cookie roll with water and dip in a bowl with sprinkles, making sure to completely coat the cookie roll.
  6. Wrap in plastic wrap and set in freezer for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from freezer, cut into 7 or 8 slices and bake for 9 minutes.
  8. Put your feet up and enjoy!
