Roasted Asparagus & Red Potatoes

Ingredients
12 oz. asparagus, ends trimmed and cut into thirds
4 red potatoes, cut into chunks
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil.
- In a large bowl, toss asparagus and potatoes in olive oil and spices.
- Spread out evenly onto baking sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes, then broil 3 minutes to brown edges of veggies.
