There’s no denying that pre-made cookie dough is addictively delicious. It’s so good, you could eat it raw – and probably do when no one’s looking. The other big draw is that it’s easy to make. While that’s all fine and dandy, this recipe for peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies is equally as effortless. Though I don’t encourage devouring raw dough, you’ll use only ingredients you recognize and can pronounce by name. Simple never tasted so satisfying!
Ingredients
¼ cup almond flour
1 scoop vanilla or peanut butter protein powder
½ cup all-natural peanut butter
½ cup chocolate chips
1 tsp. baking powder
1/3 cup honey
1 whole egg
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Roll dough into balls, using about 2 tablespoons per cookie.
- Flatten dough into cookie shapes and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 300°F for about 10 minutes, or until golden.
Note: Baking at 350°F is fine, but the lower temp actually made these chewier.
