I am always looking for fun and different ways to include more protein in my family’s lifestyle (please note that I didn’t, nor will I ever, use the four-letter word “d-i-e-t”!).

One sneaky way (sneaky because I’m feeding five hungry kiddos between ages 2 and 14) is to regularly use my favorite protein powder, Jay Robb’s Egg White Protein Powder. The vanilla flavor tastes great!

When I make a smoothie, I sprinkle some in, and voila! Protein shake extraordinaire.

When I bake assorted yummy breads and muffins (pumpkin, banana, chocolate chip, blueberry, apple, etc.), I add it to the recipe, and voila! Protein muffins and breads extraordinaire.

When I give my kids a bowl of cereal, I sprinkle a teeny bit on top, and they never know the difference. Don’t sprinkle on too much or they will notice””it’ll get gummy.

Try these ideas for your family, and lemme know how it goes.

Have the best day ever!

Namaste!
