Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
1 Tbsp. slivered almonds
½ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
¼ tsp. allspice
¼ tsp. ground black pepper
1 egg white
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Lightly beat egg white; coat chicken. Sprinkle coated chicken with pepper, allspice, cayenne pepper and red pepper flakes; toss with slivered almonds.
