Spicy Peanut  Butter Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients

¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp. chipotle powder
1 tsp. vanilla

1 tsp.  buckwheat groats
½ cup to ¾ cup of ice cubes (depending on consistency preference)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
