Spring Detox Salad With Kale, Avocado & Pear
Ingredients
1 bunch of well rinsed kale
2 pears, chopped
2 avocados, cubed
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
Dressing
Pinch sea salt to taste
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
Directions
- Chop kale, pear and avocado into bite-sized pieces.
- Toss with pumpkin seeds.
- To make dressing, mix together salt, olive oil and lemon juice.
- Drizzle dressing over salad and serve.
