This Caribbean-inspired beverage has been a longtime favorite on fancy cruise ships and other tropical hot spots. Commonly referred to as a “lava flow” cocktail, this frozen fruity mocktail version offers a better-for-you spin that you won’t find anywhere else! The recipe calls for collagen, a structural protein that helps maintain flexibility and strength throughout the body.
