1 sweet potato
1 avocado, mashed or sliced
1 Tbsp. Nutiva Coconut Oil with Butter Flavor
1 tsp. lemon juice
½ tsp. Redmond Garlic Salt
Dash of Redmond Real Salt
Dash of turmeric
Dash of paprika
Dash of black pepper
Directions
- Slice the sweet potato lengthwise into 1/4-inch thick slices, so it resembles a piece of bread.
- Put the slices in a toaster and toast. You may need to toast it twice.
- Spread buttery coconut oil on each slice and let melt.
- Top toast with avocado and remaining ingredients.
