Whether whipped up from a box or made from scratch, brownies are a delectable dessert sure to quench anyone’s chocolate craving. But the chocolate treats are not a suitable option for all eaters or diets. This batch, made from a mixture of Tigernut flour, dates, walnuts and cacao powder, is more appropriate for sensitive and health-focused foodies. Bonus? They’re frosted with a rich, velvety chocolate avocado frosting, so no one’s sweet tooth is ignored.
