½ cup skim milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
1 Tbsp. flax seeds
½ cup frozen blueberries
½ cup frozen raspberries
1 scoop strawberry cream whey protein powder
4-5 ice cubes


1. Add milk and ice to blender; blend until smooth.

2. Add berries, flax seeds and protein powder and blend to desired consistency.
