Triple Mocha Frosted Brownies

Brownies
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
2 scoops Vitacost ARO Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
¼ cup cacao powder
1/3 cup coconut flour
6 oz. zucchini, cut into chunks
1 Tbsp. coconut butter
1 Tbsp. Vitacost Stevia Plus
½ cup Arctic Zero Coffee Ice Cream, softened
5.3 oz Dannon Greek Light & Fit Caramel Macchiato Yogurt
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. vanilla extract
1 jumbo egg
Frosting
2 scoops Vitacost ARO Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
¼ cup coconut flour
2 Tbsp. cacao powder
2 Tbsp. Sweet-It Vitafiber
½ cup Arctic Zero Coffee Ice Cream, softened

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and coat an 9” x 9” baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a food processor or high-speed blender, mix all brownie ingredients until smooth.
- Pour brownie batter into prepared baking dish and bake for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While the brownies cool, prepare frosting. In a large bowl, microwave Sweet-It Vitafiber for 30 seconds.
- Add remaining frosting ingredients and stir until well-combined.
- Frost cooled brownies, cut into 9 squares, top with chocolate chips and ice cream. Dig in!
