			Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas mashed
 - 1-3/4 cups Organic King Arthur Organic All-Purpose Flour
 - 1/2 cup organic cane sugar
 - 1/2 cup Vitacost light brown sugar
 - 1 cup crushed pineapple
 - 1/2 cup dairy-free butter
 - 2 Tbsp. Bob’s Red Mill Egg Replacer prepared to package directions
 - 1 tsp. baking soda
 - 1/2 tsp. Vitacost Himalayan Pink Salt
 - 1/2 tsp. Simply Organic Madagascar Pure Vanilla Extract
 
Instructions
- 
										Preheat oven to 350 degrees Grease loaf pan.
 - 
										In large bowl, mix together butter and sugars until creamy. One at a time, slowly mix in egg replacers. Stir in bananas and crushed pineapple.
 - 
										In separate mixing bowl, sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
 - 
										Slowly combine dry and wet ingredients until fully incorporated. Stir in vanilla until just combined.
 - 
										Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool completely before slicing.

										Toast and serve with your choice of toppings.
