Tuscan Soup With Pasta and Sausage

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat. Add sun-dried tomato oil and diced onion; cook 2 minutes.
  2. Add chopped sausage; cook 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in garlic, oregano, garlic powder, tomato paste, sun-dried tomatoes and salt. Cook 2 minutes over low heat.
  4. Add pasta and chicken broth; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 13 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
  5. Stir in half and half, garbanzo beans and spinach. Mix well and cook 2 more minutes.
  6. Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan and basil.
  7. Ladle into bowls, top with extra cheese and basil, enjoy!
