At only 38 calories each, you’re safe to indulge in double digits without doubling over.
Vanilla & Blackberry Protein Donuts

Ingredients
1 scoop ARO Natural Vanilla Whey Protein Plus Powder
1/3 cup whole wheat flour or oat flour
¼ cup almond flour
¼ cup Vitacost Xylitol
¾ tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. plain Greek yogurt
3 egg whites
1/3 cup blackberries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and coat a mini donut pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together protein powder, flours, xylitol and baking powder until thoroughly mixed.
- In a food processor or blender, add Greek yogurt, egg whites and blackberries and process until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, add protein powder, oat flour, almond flour, xylitol and baking powder.
- Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients, and stir until batter is smooth and well combined.
- Spoon batter into donut pan and bake 10-12 minutes, or until golden.
