Ingredients
4 coconut wraps
2 scoops Vega French Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or nut milk of choice)
1/4 cup almond or hazelnut butter
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
Coconut oil spray
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In blender, combine protein powder, milk, nut butter and chia.
- Lightly spray coconut wraps with oil and spread blended mixture generously onto each. Roll each up like a burrito or fold over like a quesadilla and arrange on baking sheet.
- Bake 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
