Vanilla Cream-Filled Coconut Breakfast Wraps (Vegan & Gluten-Free)

Reminiscent of crepes, these breakfast wraps are the perfect option for when you want something that seems a little more decadent but won’t set you back nutritionally. Not only is this recipe dairy-free, gluten-free and vegan, but it even packs a protein punch! The sweet vanilla-hazelnut filling is just a bonus. Talk about a well-rounded meal to start out the day. Can every breakfast be this deliciously indulgent and healthy?

Two Breakfast Wraps on a Plate with Vanilla Cream |


4 coconut wraps
2 scoops Vega French Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or nut milk of choice)
1/4 cup almond or hazelnut butter
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
Coconut oil spray


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In blender, combine protein powder, milk, nut butter and chia.
  3. Lightly spray coconut wraps with oil and spread blended mixture generously onto each. Roll each up like a burrito or fold over like a quesadilla and arrange on baking sheet.
  4. Bake 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
