Vanilla-Coconut Protein Snack Mix
Ingredients
4 cups brown rice cereal
2 Tbsp. melted coconut oil
2 Tbsp. honey
3 scoops NLA for Her Vanilla Cupcake Protein Powder
2 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine cereal with coconut oil and honey. Mix until fully coated.
- In a small bowl, mix together protein powder and coconut flakes.
- Pour protein-coconut mixture over the cereal to coat.
