Cherry Cheesecake Protein Shake

1/2 cup frozen cherries
1 scoop Vega One Organic All-In-One Nutritional Shake
1-1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
1 Tbsp. cashew butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 lemon, zest and juice
1 cup ice
1 Tbsp. vegan graham cracker crumbs (optional)


  1. In a blender, add Vega One, coconut milk, cashew butter, vanilla extract, lemon zest and ice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add cherries, and pulse until cherries are chopped but not fully blended.
  3. If desired, top with graham cracker crumbs and serve.
