Start sipping first thing in the morning with a nutrient-rich version of the creamy, cinnamon-spiced concoction. This one doesn’t come with raw eggs or dairy milk, so you can start your day feeling merry and light.

Ingredients

1 scoop Vega Vanilla Protein & Greens
2 cups unsweetened coconut milk (preferably from a carton)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 cup ice

Directions: In a high-speed blender, add all ingredients and process until smooth.

Smoothie tip: Your smoothie will blend more easily if ice is the closest ingredient to the blades.
