Ingredients

1/3 cup paleo flour
2 tsp. chia seeds
2 cups vegetable broth
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp. rosemary
Freshly ground pepper, to taste
Pinch of sea salt
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 yellow onion, chopped

Directions

  1. In small pan, sauté garlic and onion in oil until lightly browned.
  2. In large saucepan, combine cooked garlic and onion with all other ingredients.
  3. Simmer over medium-low heat, stirring until thickened.
