Vegan Mint Chocolate Chunk Smoothie with Cashew Butter
Makes about 2 ½ cups
Ingredients
4 frozen bananas
1-½ cups almond milk
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (can use cacao or carob powder)
1 Tbsp. cashew butter, plus more for topping
Mint chocolate bar
Directions
- Cut the chocolate bar into thirds.
- In a blender, add one third of the chocolate bar with all other ingredients. Process until smooth.
- Pour into container and drizzle with extra cashew butter and as many chocolate chunks as you wish from the remainder of the bar. Add granola for texture, if desired.
