Vegan Overnight Oats with Chia and Coconut

To balance out the indulgences, you’ll need something light and nutritious to start your day. Overnight oats are a breeze–simply mix everything together and let it chill while you sleep. You’ll wake up to a delightful breakfast that’s sure to power you through the busy day.

Coconut Overnight Oats with Chia Recipe

Vegan Overnight Oats with Chia and Coconut


½ cup rolled oats
1-½ Tbsp. chia seeds
2 Tbsp. coconut sugar
1 cup coconut milk, any non-dairy milk will work


Organic berries
Hemp seeds
White mulberries
Shredded coconut


  1. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, sugar and milk. Mix until well combined.
  2. Transfer mixture into a glass, air-tight container and place in the fridge. Let chill 6-8 hours.
  3. Serve cold, covered in toppings.
