Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups grain-free baking mix or Mac-n-Mo’s Morselicious Mix
- 4 cups organic spinach chopped, or 2 bags frozen spinach, drained
- 3 green onions chopped
- 3 chia/flax eggs
- 3/4 cup cashew “cheese”
- 1/4 cup vegan Parmesan “cheese” or nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- Pinch sea salt or 1-1/2 tsp. coconut aminos
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Oil baking sheet or line with parchment paper or silicone liner.

In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.

Mix together with hands, roll into bite-size balls and arrange on baking sheet.

Bake 15-18 minutes. Test with a toothpick in center to check doneness.
