Full of flavor, these hearty and healthy spinach bites delight as an appetizer or side dish. The stellar combo of spinach, onion and vegan Parmesan and cashew “cheese” make for heavenly orbs that are out of this world. Roll them onto a salad. Use them as a vegetarian “meat” ball. Serve them as an appetizer with onion dip, marinara or mustard – or just pop them in your mouth as a healthy snack. They’re that good.
