Ingredients
1 pt. vanilla coconut ice cream (about 2 cups)
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup frozen mango
1/4 cup of seltzer water
1 small coconut
Toppings
1 Tbsp. shredded coconut
Orange slices
Directions
- In coconut, cut hole and pour out water. Save for another use.
- In NOW Foods Sports Personal Blender, combine ice cream, coconut milk, orange juice and mango. Process until smooth or until desired consistency.
- Transfer shake into coconut and add seltzer water.
- Top with orange slices and shredded coconut.
