VIDEO: Mango Mimosa Shake

But your spread is missing an important, must-have brunch component: mimosas! Maybe you or one of your guests prefers alcohol-free beverages—or maybe you know you can do better than the regular ol’ orange-juice-and-champagne combo. In any case, you’ve come to the right recipe. This fizzy, orange-mango-coconut shake serves up tropical paradise in a delightful coconut shell. Say hello to your new, favorite morning beverage!


1 pt. vanilla coconut ice cream (about 2 cups)
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup frozen mango
1/4 cup of seltzer water
1 small coconut


1 Tbsp. shredded coconut
Orange slices


  1. In coconut, cut hole and pour out water. Save for another use.
  2. In NOW Foods Sports Personal Blender, combine ice cream, coconut milk, orange juice and mango. Process until smooth or until desired consistency.
  3. Transfer shake into coconut and add seltzer water.
  4. Top with orange slices and shredded coconut.
