Black and white make one fine-looking pair. It’s obviously the contrast of light on dark that’s so complementary, and I’m not just talking tops and tuxes. When you want a boring brownie recipe to pop, turn to this dynamic duo. With speckles of white chocolate chips, the average brownie no longer seems so square.
Ingredients
1 cup oat flour
¼ cup coconut flour
2/3 cup cocoa powder
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
½ cup white chocolate chips
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup almond milk
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
¼ cup honey
2 egg whites
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, except white chocolate chips.
- Carefully stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a greased 13”x9” baking dish. Top with more chocolate chips and bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool, cut and eat!
