Looking for a low-maintenance dish that’ll impress guests? This whole-roasted cauliflower makes a striking centerpiece on your table, or it can be served as beautiful side. When making it, remember to flip the cauliflower upside down before topping with marinade to ensure the flavor fully seeps into all the nooks and crannies! The hardest part of this recipe will be waiting for your oven to ding when it’s done.
