  1. In high-speed blender, combine all dressing ingredients and blitz until smooth. Taste and add more salt, if desired.
  2. In large bowl, combine kale, cabbage, bell pepper, edamame, cucumber, cashews, goji berries, mulberries, hemp seeds and cilantro. Toss together well.
  3. Drizzle 1 cup dressing over salad and toss again. Add more dressing, if desired. Serve on plates.
