In large pot over medium heat, add extra virgin olive oil. When oil is hot, add turkey Italian sausage, break into crumbles and cook until browned.

Add onions and sauté about 3 minutes. Add garlic and crushed red pepper flakes and sauté for a minute more.

Stir in tomato paste, diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes and chicken broth.

Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add lasagna noodles to pot and bring soup to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until noodles are tender.

In small bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese and parsley.

When soup is ready, serve immediately by ladling into bowls and topping with a dollop of ricotta cheese mixture.
