Ingredients
  • 1 lb. small red potatoes halved or quartered
  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts halved
  • 1 lb. tri-color sweet peppers sliced
  • 1 lb. fresh pork or chicken chorizo sausages cut into six pieces
  • 20 spears asparagus cut into thirds
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In small bowl, combine spices.
  3. In resealable bag, toss together sausage, veggies, olive oil and spice mix.
  4. Spread sausage and veggies on sheet pan; bake 35 minutes.
