Ingredients
- 1 lb. small red potatoes halved or quartered
- 1 lb. Brussels sprouts halved
- 1 lb. tri-color sweet peppers sliced
- 1 lb. fresh pork or chicken chorizo sausages cut into six pieces
- 20 spears asparagus cut into thirds
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In small bowl, combine spices.

In resealable bag, toss together sausage, veggies, olive oil and spice mix.
