But there’s a healthier and more economical way to get dinner on the table in 20 minutes. This quick, easy pesto pasta will serve your whole family (or just you with leftovers for lunch!) and comes together with only six simple ingredients. With plenty of fiber, protein and iron from the brown rice fusilli and hemp seeds, this dairy- and gluten-free dish packs a nutritional punch without taking over your entire evening.

Serves 4


1 pkg. Explore Cuisine Brown Rice Fusilli
1/4 cup Nutiva Hemp Seeds
1 jar (6.35 oz.) Meditalia Basil Pesto Sauce
1 tsp. Redmond Garlic Real Salt
Cherry tomatoes, to serve
Fresh basil, to serve


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and return to pot.
  2. In pot, combine cooked pasta, pesto, hemp seeds and salt and toss until pasta is well coated.
  3. Serve with cherry tomatoes and fresh basil.
