Rewind to a time when what was in a breakfast bowl was simple, delicious and nutritious. This spoonable morning meal is made with just three wholesome ingredients: chia seeds, goji berries and almond milk. For sweeter taste, stir in some maple syrup or raw honey.

3-Ingredient Chia Seed Cereal

3-Ingredient Chia & Goji Berry Cereal (Gluten Free)

Serves 1

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. chia seeds
1/2 almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/2 cup goji berries or golden berries

Directions

  1. In a cereal bowl, combine chia seeds and nut milk.
  2. Soak for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix in berries and eat!

Tip: For sweeter cereal, add a tablespoon of maple syrup or raw honey, or mix in some chopped dates.
