This spoonable morning meal is made with just three wholesome ingredients: chia seeds, goji berries and almond milk. For sweeter taste, stir in some maple syrup or raw honey.
3-Ingredient Chia & Goji Berry Cereal (Gluten Free)
Serves 1
Ingredients
3 Tbsp. chia seeds
1/2 almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/2 cup goji berries or golden berries
Directions
- In a cereal bowl, combine chia seeds and nut milk.
- Soak for 5 minutes.
- Mix in berries and eat!
Tip: For sweeter cereal, add a tablespoon of maple syrup or raw honey, or mix in some chopped dates.
Variations:
- Add 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds for a chia-hemp cereal.
- Add 1 tablespoon of gluten-free oats for a chia-oats cereal.
