Ingredients

2 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds, toasted
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
1 Tbsp. hemp seeds, toasted
1 Tbsp. slivered almonds, toasted (optional)
1/4 cup pumpkin seed oil or hemp seed oil 
1/4 cup champagne vinegar
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Chili pepper flakes, to taste
Pinch sea salt
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1/3 cup green onions, chopped
1 purple cabbage, shredded
1 green cabbage, shredded
1 yellow pepper, sliced
1 orange pepper, sliced

Directions

Combine all ingredients and marinate 1/2 hour before serving.
