Dandelion tea has great health benefits, but sometimes you’re in the mood for a sip of something that feels a bit indulgent. You can have it all. Whip caramel dandelion tea with vanilla macadamia milk, coconut cream creamer and vegan ghee, and the healthy fats turn your afternoon pick-me-up into a frothy latte getaway. Bliss achieved!

Caramel-Vanilla Ghee Dandelion Tea Latte

Instructions

  1. In a mug, steep tea bag in hot water (or brew tea grounds in French press}. Note: Strong brew is best.
  2. Using steam wand on espresso machine, steam combined milks and ghee into froth, or in sauce pan, heat on stovetop and whip with balloon whisk until frothy consistency achieved. Pour into tea. Add stevia if desired.

Recipe Notes

Can be served over ice or refrigerated overnight for cold-brew.
