Say goodbye to that crinkly, greasy chip bag! These air fryer sweet potato chips are too unbelievably easy (and delicious) not to try. Use a mandolin for ultra-thin slices, top with paprika, salt, pepper and just a splash of olive oil, then let the air fryer do its thing. Your air fryer will blow hot air, cooking the chips to a golden crisp. Don’t forget to toss the basket halfway through frying so chips cook evenly. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to five days, and if necessary, re-crisp chips in the air fryer.
