Ingredients
- 3 cups spinach
- 1/2 cup olive oil divided
- 1/3 cup pine nuts
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- Pinch pepper
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Pinch red chili pepper flakes optional

In food processor, combine all ingredients using only ¼ cup olive oil. Blend on low setting while slowly adding remaining ¼ cup olive oil.
