Ingredients
Shake
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 Tbsp. hemp hearts
- 1 scoop creatine
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 –2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
Cake batter protein balls
- 1/4 cup cashew butter
- 3 Tbsp. vanilla protein powder
- 1 Tbsp. almond flour
- 1/2 Tbsp. melted coconut oil
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 1 –2 Tbsp. sprinkles
Instructions

In small bowl, combine all ingredients for protein balls. Chill dough in refrigerator for 10 minutes, then roll into mini balls. Set aside.

Add all shake ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour shake into glass and top with mini cake batter protein balls. Optional: add coconut whipped cream and more natural sprinkles for fun finish.
