Ingredients
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup measure for measure gluten-free flour
- 6 Tbsp. butter cold & cubed
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1-2 Tbsp. cold water
Instructions

In food processor, add cheese, flour, butter and salt. Pulse ingredients together until well incorporated. If dough is dry add 1-2 tablespoons cold water until dough comes together and doesn't look dry anymore.

Cool dough in fridge for at least 15 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll dough on parchment paper or floured surface to ⅛-inch thickness. Using goldfish cookie cutter, create crackers. Add goldfish to baking tray and sprinkle with sea salt.

Bake 10-14 minutes or until goldfish bottoms are slightly browned.

Store in ziplock bag or airtight container for 4-5 days.
