- 1-1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 Tbsp. cashew butter
- 1/2 Tbsp psyllium husk powder
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 sandwich cookie
Instructions

Blend together almond milk, protein powder, cashew butter, psyllium husk, cauliflower rice and ice cubes.

Add sandwich cookie and pulse until cookie is broken up, but not totally blended.
