Apples and cheese are best friends forever. This easy, autumn-inspired cheese bread recipe combines these two soulmates in a warm matrimony. In under an hour – with no kneading or waiting for dough to rise – you have a fresh, aromatic loaf cooling on your counter. With each bite offering chunks of sweet-tart apple and bits of melted-in sharp cheddar, a thick slice is a tasty step up from an ordinary apple-and-cheese snack – especially when it’s topped with warm honey-butter. What a great addition to your next charcuterie board!
